Dr. Menka Johl
Dr. Johl was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. She received her B.Sc. with a major in Biological Sciences from the University of Calgary and went on to complete her M.Optom graduating with honours from Aston University (U.K).
During her training, Dr. Johl had the opportunity to work with many different ophthalmologists and patients from the Royal Sussex County Hospital, gaining valuable clinical experience in various fields including vision therapy as well as pediatrics. She is interested in the study of ocular disease, binocular vision and contact lenses.
Dr. Johl also enjoys working with children of all ages and believes that it is of importance to improve vision through glasses, contact lenses and vision therapy when required.
During her spare time, she likes to volunteer, travel, read and spend time with her family.
Dr. Johl is fluent and can complete eye exams in English, Hindi and Punjabi and looks forward to providing quality eye care to you and your family.
